A. All water requirements shall be indicated on building permit applications and on all preliminary and final plans submitted to the Planning Commission for approval, in accordance with Chapter 153, Subdivision and Land Development.

B. No wells may be dug or drilled on the premises except as permitted by the appropriate state, Bucks County, Township or other governmental authorities.

C. All wells shall meet the standards of Article I, Well Drilling, of Chapter 170, Water.
