Residential Planned Group Development
Procedural requirements.
(a) All procedural requirements of Chapter 153, Subdivision and Land Development, shall be adhered to.

(b) The developer shall assure the provision of required improvements by means of a proper completion guaranty in the form of bond or deposit of funds or securities in escrow to cover the cost of the improvement, exclusive of buildings of the principal use. The work shall be performed in accordance with all requirements and the approved plans pursuant to provisions of a written agreement between the developer and the Township embodying details as to the manner of approval and payout of escrow.

(c) In addition to the requirements of Chapter 153, Subdivision and Land Development, the following information shall be shown on plans submitted for approval:
[1] The floor area in square feet of dwelling units.
[2] The number of bedrooms per dwelling unit.
[3] The total number of dwelling units.
[4] The total number of acres in the proposed plan.
[5] The total number of off-street parking spaces.
[6] Exterior vertical and horizontal building dimensions and plans.
[7] The ground area of buildings and the percent of total area covered.
[8] The certification of a registered engineer as to the above data.
[9] Certification by the Doylestown Township Fire Marshal as to compliance with applicable fire codes.
